2. eCourier Services compares order and tracking details with the customer's packages.
3. When a confident match is found, the invoice is attached to the package.

Automatic matching with a safe fallback

Order IDs and tracking numbers provide the strongest matches. If the details are not clear enough, eCourier Services asks for confirmation instead of silently attaching the document to the wrong package. Customers can always upload a PDF or image manually.
